My Rigby & Peller FAQs and T&Cs

The purpose of My Rigby & Peller is to reward your loyalty. These are the terms and conditions of the My Rigby & Peller loyalty program.

Every registered Rigby & Peller customer automatically participates in the My Rigby & Peller loyalty program. Registration as a Rigby & Peller customer takes place either in a Rigby & Peller boutique, or by creating an account online on www.rigbyandpeller.com/en-gb. You start earning points from your first purchase after becoming a member of our new loyalty program. Points cannot be earned retroactively on previous purchases.

No purchase is required for registration as a Rigby & Peller customer.

You earn points on all articles purchased at full price at Rigby & Peller. You earn one point for every pound you spend. No points are earned for purchases subject to a discount or sale.

This applies to all purchases in our Rigby & Peller boutiques and all purchases online at www.rigbyandpeller.com/en-gb. For the list of Rigby & Peller boutiques, see the ‘Boutiques & appointments’ page at www.rigbyandpeller.com/en-gb.

If a purchase is returned in store or online, the earned points on this item will be deducted from your earned points.
Points are linked to the email address you are registered with as a Rigby & Peller customer. Points are non-transferable, which means they cannot be used by other people.

Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed. When you accumulate at least 500 points, you will receive a voucher in your online Rigby & Peller account or in one of the Rigby & Peller boutiques. Points for which no voucher has been issued are valid for a period of 5 years after the relevant purchase and will automatically expire on their 5th anniversary.

When you have earned at least 500 points, you will receive a voucher for £25 in your online Rigby & Peller account or at a Rigby & Peller boutique.

You will also receive a welcome voucher of £15 when registering as a customer on www.rigbyandpeller.com/en-gb or at a Rigby & Peller boutique.
Besides you will receive a birthday voucher of £15 by mail or e-mail if, during registration as a Rigby & Peller customer, you have provided us with your e-mail address.

Vouchers (including the welcome and birthday voucher mentioned above) are only redeemable for purchases on www.rigbyandpeller.com/en-gb or at a Rigby & Peller boutique during the voucher validity period. Your voucher has no cash value.

Your voucher cannot be redeemed for the purchase for which the 500 points or a multiple of 500 points were earned, but only for a subsequent purchase. Please note that there is a 4-week waiting period before your points are available for use. If a return occurs during this waiting period, the points saved on returned items will be deducted from the points total.

This voucher is valid for 2 months after issue. If you do not redeem your voucher within this term, it will expire, along with the points linked to it. The voucher expiry date is always stated on the voucher.

Your voucher is linked to the email address provided by you when you registered as a Rigby & Peller customer and is non-transferable.
Your voucher can be used only once, cannot be combined with other discounts or vouchers and cannot be exchanged for cash. Your voucher cannot be used to purchase a gift card.

If a purchase or order is returned in accordance with the applicable return policy, the amount of the voucher used will be divided between the various items pro rata the purchase price. The amount of the voucher linked to the returned item will become valid again for one month from the return date.

You can do this on your online account (under ‘My Rigby & Peller’) or at your nearest Rigby & Peller boutique.

The points you earn are linked to the email address provided by you when you registered as a Rigby & Peller customer and are non-transferable. If you provide two different email addresses when registering at a Rigby & Peller boutique and at www.rigbyandpeller.com/en-gb, you will earn points on two different customer accounts. You should therefore always use the same email address when registering at a Rigby & Peller boutique and online.

You will continue to earn points as long as you are a registered Rigby & Peller customer. You can request to delete your Rigby & Peller account at any time. Rigby & Peller reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions of use set forth herein - including, but not limited to, the length of the My Rigby & Peller Loyalty Program or Voucher validity period, the methods by which Members can collect Points, the number of purchases through which Members may collect Points, the number of Points needed to obtain a voucher through the Program, and any of the options made available to Members with respect to their Accounts at any time, with 30-day email notice, even though these changes may affect a Member's ability to collect or use his/her Points.

Rigby & Peller reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, with 30-day email notice, even though cancellation or termination may affect a Member's ability to collect his/her Points. In the event of termination, any Points remaining in a Member’s Account for which no voucher has been issued will have no value of any kind and will be forfeited without compensation. Issued vouchers will remain valid until their expiration date.
A Member's continued participation in the Program constitutes the Member's acceptance of any changes to these terms and conditions of use. Members are responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to any changes that Rigby & Peller may make to these terms and conditions of use. The most current version of these terms and conditions of use will be available at https://www.rigbyandpeller.com/en-gb and will supersede all previous versions of these terms and conditions of use.

Van de Velde respects your privacy when processing your data in its systems. Your customer profile data is kept for up to five years after you last log in or complete a transaction with Rigby & Peller.
